We’ve put together some of the most common questions we receive, but if you don’t find the answer to your query below, please write to our Client Service team at info@salvatori.it.

 

HOW CAN I FIND A PRODUCT ONLINE?


Simply go to the Home Page, click on the Products menu and choose Home Collection. From there you can browse by category.
Alternatively, you can enter the name or type of product you are looking for in the Search function in the upper right hand area of the website.

 

CAN ALL SALVATORI PRODUCTS BE PURCHASED ONLINE?

Currently only products from our Home Collection are available for purchase online. If you are interested in products from our Walls & Floors or Bathroom lines, please refer to our Find A Dealer section or drop us a quick email at customercare@salvatori.it and we will put you in touch with your nearest stockist.

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

The prices shown include delivery. Currently we deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
If you live in a country which is not listed above, please refer to our Find A Dealer section or contact us at customercare@salvatori.it and we will put you in touch with your nearest stockist.

 

HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ITEM?

Simply click on the product you wish to purchase and then click on “Add to basket”.  Currently only items in our Home Collection can be purchased online, so if you are looking at products from our Walls & Floors or Bathroom lines, please refer to our Find A Dealer section or write to us at customercare@salvatori.it.
The item will be added to your shopping basket and you can then either proceed to Checkout or continue shopping.
Once you are ready to complete your purchase, you will need to log into your account, or register if you do not yet have an account.
You will be asked to indicate both a delivery and invoicing address. Once you have filled in all required fields, you will be automatically directed to the PayPal website where you can select your preferred payment method, ie via credit card, debit card or via bank account. The payment process will be carried out as per PayPal terms and conditions and no details submitted to PayPal will be shared with Salvatori. We should also point out that our staff are not authorised to request any of your payment details such as credit card number, expiry date, etc.
By using PayPal you can be assured that your payment is made securely. Once PayPal have verified your transaction, they will inform us of this, and you will receive  message confirming that your purchase was successful.

 

IS THERE A MAXIMUM OF PRODUCTS I CAN PURCHASE?

There is a limit of 5 units of any single item, however we may occasionally also choose to reduce this in the case of limited series.
We would take this opportunity to point out that our online service is available only to private customers and not for resellers.

 

ONCE AN ITEM IS IN MY SHOPPING BASKET, DO I HAVE TO BUY IT?

Not at all. You can place as many items as you like in your shopping basket, but right up until the moment when you submit your payment details, you can still modify your order or remove items. You can also use the Wishlist function to bookmark products you like, and then add them to your shopping basket at a later date.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All payments are made via PayPal and once you submit your order you will automatically be transferred to www.paypal.it where your payment will be processed on behalf of Salvatori by PayPal, in accordance with their terms and conditions. No data shared by you with PayPal  will be divulged to Salvatori. 

 

HOW DO I KNOW MY PURCHASE HAS BEEN COMPLETED CORRECTLY?

Once you have inserted all your payment data you will be directed to an Order Confirmation page which will display your order number. You will then receive an email confirming your order and summarising the necessary details such as order number, the amount of your transaction and product(s) purchased.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once you have confirmed your order and payment, we cannot guarantee to cancel or modify your order, however we will do our best to accommodate any such request. Orders received before midday (CET) are usually dispatched the same day so please send an email as soon as possible to customercare@salvatori.it quoting your order number and we will try and help.

 

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND OF SALES TAX?

All prices published on our website are in Euro and include IVA which is the Italian equivalent of VAT or sales tax. We are currently unable to offer a “Tax-free” service.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is ready to be dispatched, we will send you an email, which will include a tracking link. For security reasons we are not able to provide a tracking number. As soon as UPS inform us that they have delivered your order we will send you an email confirming this.

 

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, you can do so within 14 days. Simply follow the instructions which are included with your purchase and ensure you use the return label provided by us. This service is free if you use the courier selected by Salvatori.
Once we receive the product(s) back, we will check that they are in perfect condition. This means that they are in their original packaging, show no signs of usage or dirt, and include any labels or instruction leaflets which were provided with them. If we are satisfied that they are in the same condition as when we originally sent them we will process the refund or organise a replacement.

 

HOW LONG MUST I WAIT TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once we receive any returned goods, we will check that they are in perfect condition. This means that they are in their original packaging, show no signs of usage or dirt, and include any labels or instruction leaflets which were provided with them. This usually takes place within 3 – 5 working days once we have received a product back.
We will then authorise a refund which will be made via the same means of payment originally used for your purchase. You should generally receive this within fourteen days of the goods being returned to Salvatori.

 

ARE DELIVERY CHARGES AND THE COSTS OF RETURNING PRODUCTS REFUNDABLE?

We do not charge for delivery and we also offer a free returns service.
